The institute I think will distribute my product is Bauer media this is because they are a well-known media Institute and have a wide range of readers. Bauer Media have a lot of experience in distributing magazines and a very good reputation which will increase the number of readers the magazine will get.

I will attract my target audience by using the hypodermic needle theory, I will not use their text and information of this will not increase my target audience instead I'll be small amounts of text in larger size I will use lots of pictures and use bright colours as these are all features which attract a younger audience.

Colour Scheme

The main colours which will be used on every page are: light pink, light blue, black and white. The background of every page will be white to highlight the content of each page

Font

The font style and the size of the text in the headings and titles of each page will be different for the title and heading of each page compared with the rest of the relevant text.

On each page in the bottom left corner there will be the logo of the magazine with the title of the magazine next to it.

Questionnaire Results

From the questionnaire I established the magazine will be read by mainly females in the age range of 11-16 also in this age range people like to listen to Pop music from which I decided to make my magazine a POP magazine. Features which people looked for in the magazine are Q&A interviews because they are easier to read and understand and lots of pictures from which I learnt my magazine is going to use the hypodermic needle theory to engage the audience. Another key question was how often the magazine should be published which from the questionnaire will be every fortnight and will be £3.99 because there will be a lot of content in the magazine in a fortnight whereas if the magazine was published every week there wouldn’t be enough content and the readers would not purchase the magazine.
